  1. Well put: we have many Vision Statements but how those translate to effectively delivering ‘Ideal’ daily operations is a challenge!

Thank you to The Todds & Karin for the message “The Industry & Media must alter their language from – obstacles. & problems – to Opportunities & Possibllities”

True: Young people are not difficult to inspire –

In fact: they are profoundly optimistic !

They deserve to have a world which directs guides & promotes the ‘Excellence’ potential in each of us & manufacturing plays a ‘Huge Role’ in being the vehicle for an enriched life!

  2. Great speaker and very informative.

  3. Rick Calhoun says:

You might say I’m an early adopter of Karin Lindner’s message. After reading her book I found my passion for manufacturing rekindled. This interview is good, and there is much more in her book. In particular I picked up on her comments here about educating the parents about the opportunities in manufacturing. Very true, and a big task too.

    • Todd Schnick says:

rick, this entire show is about rekindling passion for manufacturing, but karin’s message did a lot for todd and myself… thanks for listening!

  4. This is a great interview! I completely agree with Karin!
